At Skywalker, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we are here to help. Depending on the circumstances, we will either replace the affected product or issue a refund for the same.

Please note that we currently do not accept product returns or exchanges, and pickup services for returns are unavailable. You are not required to send the item back to us.

To report an issue, kindly contact us at skywalkerworld@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and attach a clear photograph of the product in question. Our team will review the details promptly and ensure the matter is resolved at the earliest.
